Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, clear requirements, and the necessary access to existing infrastructure where applicable.
Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, SOP transfers full ownership of the custom-developed software artifacts to the Client.
Liability & Warranty
SOP warrants that the software will perform substantially in accordance with the documented specifications for a period of 90 days post-deployment.
Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate the project agreement with 30 days written notice.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SOP is registered.
